Merry Christmas!

I'm back in the land of the living or something like that. We finished our road trip last week. I had the best time and I want more! I have so much editing to do now, its a bit overwhelming. Here are some photos I just found by one of my hero's Paolo Roversi. I want those pigs. Merry Christmas!

Adventures in America with a Light Leaking Leica and cheap 1 hour processing

We are traveling across America taking pictures and chasing the sun. Apologies if this blog turns into holiday snaps for a little while. So far we've been through California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah and now Colorado. We are having so much fun! So this is what you get when you spend $3 on film processing. If anyone in Colorado knows of a Leica specialist please let me know! Light leaks loose their charm real fast.
Also I am looking for models for a project in Omaha Nebraska, Kansas (anywhere near Salina) and New Orleans. Please get in touch if you'd like to join me.

A few months ago I shot a lookbook for the extremely talented milliner Niamh Flanagan. Here are a few of my favorites. Check her website here.

Rumer

Here are a few shots from my shoot with Rumer. Rumer has just signed to Atlantic Records, her songs sound like the records my stepfather used to play when I was a child. It was such a pleasure to spend such a lovely summer day with her. I wish I could post the rest but I have to wait....more to come!

Some shots of my lovely team from the Nica SS11 Shoot

For the last Nica shoot we went out to the Isle of Sheppy, what a beautiful place! We shot in a little fishing house next to the sea...perfect! These are just some quick flatbed scans of shots I took of the team hard at work. Proper campaign shots to come soon!

Michael Wojas RIP

I am very sad to hear the news that Colony Rooms barman, Michael Wojas has just passed away. The Colony Rooms had such an amazing atmosphere, walking in there was like walking into another time completely. Hidden away in Soho, always filled with interesting people. Sadly the world is running out of places like this. I've done a few shoots in the Colony, the last one with the lovely Madam, which I've been told is the last ever photoshoot in the club. My favorite memory of Michael was of him walking through the club as I was finishing up a shoot with a young band popping all my balloons with his cigarette and screaming at us to "Get the Fuck Out!!" The boys in the band were absolutely terrified. Here are a few shots of the Colony and Madam.
